We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we make returns straightforward.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Kitchen tools that have been washed, used for food preparation, or show signs of use cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Personalized or final-sale items (clearly marked) are not eligible.

How to Return

Email us at support@getstylecanvas.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Ship the item back using a trackable method.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 3–5 business days of arrival), we issue a full refund to the original payment method. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will replace the item or refund you at no extra cost.
