Shipping policy

At NovaNest Living we believe good tools should arrive when you need them. Here’s exactly how we handle every order.
Order Cut-off
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day are processed the same day when possible. Orders received after 2:00 PM ET move to the next business day.
Processing Time
We prepare and pack your items within 1–2 business days. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not counted as business days.
Transit Time
Once your package leaves our facility, standard domestic shipping within the contiguous United States takes 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans your package.
What We Ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii at adjusted rates). International shipping is not available at this time.

Packaging
Every item is carefully packed to help protect your order during transit. If anything arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll make it right.
